Decent work, positivity, and the satisfaction with life of Portuguese lawyers: An empirical study

The present study aimed to investigate the associations between Decent Work (DW) and Positivity Life Satisfaction of Portuguese lawyers (N = 84). Questionnaire, Scale With were applied. multiple regression linear analysis showed that: Fulfilling productive work was an important antecedent Positivity, that work, Meaningful remuneration for exercise citizenship Opportunities antecedents Life. Then, canonical correlations six DW dimensions (exception Social protection) significant positively related perception is relevant promoting lawyers. Limitations, practical implications, future development prospects are presented in final section.
